Shampoo & Conditioner.
Bad Migraines.
Headache free!
I used to suffer from really bad migraines for several years. Conventional medicines worked, but never prevented the headaches from returning. Imagine how surprised I was when it was suggested that my shampoo & conditioner could be aiding the headaches! After much research, I found that the big manufacturers use excessive amounts of Lanolin, some gases like butane, methane etc, and a whole host of other uneccessary ingredients. Most of which, the body cannot process or reject, meaning that they stay in the system for months or even years!
After switching to Melaleuca's shampoo & conditioner, in the two years of using them, I've never had a single headache! (Hangovers not included);-P
Realising the difference between store brands and Melaleuca:
Recently my wife tried switching back to a store brand product of washing powder.
Well, within just 3 days we quickly changed back to Melaleuca's MelaPower!
The powder left a strong smell on the pillow cases of our bed, and it was so bad, that to breath it through your mouth, actually felt like taking in a heavy gas! That particular night we just threw the pillows on the floor and slept without them.
The next day the cases were washed in MelaPower and that solved the problem!
It seems that with many store brands, we become used to their toxicity, and don't even realise that they are bad! In fact, it's only AFTER you make the change to cleaner alternatives such as Melaleuca (and in my opinion, the BEST on the market), that store brands are in fact unbelievably toxic!

My name is Yvonne and I live in Levittown, Long Island, NY. My weekdays start early, because out tenants have a seven years old little boy, who's school bus picks him up at 9.00 AM. His parents work in NYC and have to leave around 7.00 AM. Jonathan comes to me and I take him to the bus. Three afternoons a week I help out a single mom. I pick her two children up from school, Kylie is 7 and Liam is 10, at 3.00 PM and stay with them till their mom comes home. We do homework, clean their rooms and play. I also make dinner for them and afterwards we read or watch some TV.
I also have a home based business. I started my health and wellness business in November 2005 and I am trying to get as much info as I can on health/toxic chemicals related issues and networking. This month I signed up a customer in California through a networking website.
After checking out thousands of possibilities, my husband and I decided to join forces with this company that has been in business over 20 years. I love the fact that the company promotes everyday products everyone uses in their home on a daily basis. Ordering from them is not an extra expense. It is no extra money spent. I love educating people on the dangers of all the toxins in our every day products and showing them that there is a healthy, non toxic, economically priced alternative.
I came to the States in January 2004 to become a live-in nanny for a friend, who has sole custody over his son. Jason was 9 years old at that time. I met his father in the Dominican Republic while I worked at a scuba diving center. In 2004 I met my husband thru a dating website and we have been happily married and a step mom to 2 wonderful teenagers (Ari -19 and Gilya almost 17) since October 2005.

Recently Melaleuca has done away with its popular 'Sol-U-Gard' disinfectant spray. Instead, it's been replaced by the new 'Sol-U-Gard Herbal' spray!
While the old one gave more value for money, the new version is good for killing off a whole lot more than just germs and bacteria!
In my part of the world, it's hot hot HOT! right now, as summer takes a strong grip on the country. This means we have the usual flurry of activity in the garden from all kinds of ants, woodlice, bugs bugs and more bugs.
I've tried previously, concoctions of Mela-Magic and Sol-U-Mel, etc, to rid us of the ants. They get into the house and it becomes an ever increasing battle to keep them out. Sure, we could go to the local garden centre and get the usual powders and liquids, but we did that in the past and it didn't work. Plus, they are not environmentally friendly and not to mention what they do for your respitory system!
The previous concoctions worked a treat, but not half as good as new Sol-U-Gard Herbal does.
Simply mix half a bottle with water and spray directly on the ants or bugs and within seconds, they are dead!
While I'm all for preserving nature, and hate to kill bugs at the best of times, when you've got ants like I do, you'll understand just why it's annoying and disturbing to have them keep coming back again and again. Especially the inch long black ants!
This new Sol-U-Gard Herbal, is amazing and we use it all over the house. Granted, the smell took some getting used to, but now we don't mind it, and it's a lot better than walking into a house that has the smell of bleach oozing from it!
